Intra - Company Transfer
This category of visa is for employees of multinational organisations who have an existing branch in the UK and other parts of the world. The visa enables an applicant to come into the UK to fill a role or undertake training in the UK branch.
The UK organisation (sponsor) would be required to issue their non-UK employee a CoS (Certificate of Sponsorship). The salary and duties contained in the CoS must meet the requirements of the immigration rules.
