
Sponsorship license
UK Companies intending to sponsor(employ) non-British citizens or non-EEA citizens would be required to have a UKVI sponsorship license and be on the UKVI Tier 2 and 5 registers of a sponsor.

Sponsorship licence application process
The application process is different stages:
➢ Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT): The sponsor (company) would need to test the employment market to be sure there are no British Citizen or EEA Citizen who can fill the post or vacancy. The specific job role would be advertised for 28 days in accordance with to the UKVI requirements.
➢ Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence: We will assist with the competition of the online application form and the review of all the specified supporting documents.
➢ Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS): The CoS is what the sponsor issues to the employee for their Tier 2 visa application. CoS can either be restricted or unrestricted. We will assist the company to apply for CoS.
